i really, really, really need to figure out a work out plan.

one that is easy.

one that i will actually do.

one that will not kill me.

one that is not running.

did i mention one that is eaaaaaaaaasy?


that makes me sound so lazy, but i'm just trying to be realistic. any ideas? =/
